Donal Moran is a highly qualified Costs Lawyer having Fellowship status of the Association of Costs Lawyers. He has worked exclusively in the field of costs law for over 13 years. A trusted and renowned advocate, he holds rights of audience in all the Higher Courts, he has the right to conduct costs litigation and has been involved in a number of high-profile cases to date, notably the Gower Chemicals litigation.

Prior to entering the area of costs law he read Legal and Business Studies at University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He commenced his legal career in a Mayfair based law firm representing the interests of a number of blue-chip insurer clients. He thereafter gleaned considerable further experience working for two well known national law firms, Russell Jones & Walker and Lyons Davidson, as well as with a costs consultancy in the City of London.

He has therefore amassed extensive practical, academic and advocacy experience representing both Claimants and Defendants in all areas of Civil, Family and Commercial litigation.
